Workshop:

Coming to Your Senses

Saturday 2/5     10:00 - 12:00

In this class you will take the time to quiet your mind and connect to your sensory experience.  You will then move your attention outward through voice work, movement and play. Working in pairs and in a group you'll discover the creative potential of your body and voice and open doors to your vast imagination. This class will support you in accessing your innate spontaneity and exploring the power of your presence.
