CORINNE CASTELLI
Workshop:
The Landscape of In
Embodying Voice
Thursday 2/5 16:00 - 18:30
In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between our voice and the inner landscapes of our body. We will start by becoming aware of the anatomical structures involved in the gesture of breathing and vocalization as a support for the refinement of our perceptive skills.
How deeply did we inquire our capacity to listen with the whole body, to let our receptivity guide us towards a self-regulating vocal expression? Do we allow our felt-sense to orchestrate the fine dialogue
between sound and movement?
Specific sensory stimulation and movement explorations will provide the framework for opening up into experiencing.
