The ethics of doubt.

Voicing and moving rather than singing and dancing! We forget about what we know and control in order to embrace the unknown.
Rather than being perceived as a limitation, doubt here is invited to generate a multiplicity of possibilities. Focussing on the senses we will build a simple connection with the pleasure of falling into the moment. The tools are simple, allowing us to stay away from habits and judgement.
We focus on what we have and what we feel instead of “what we would like to”… Deeply connecting to the self, we turn outward to meet the group and dissolve into a broader picture. Connecting spaces, giving and receiving: all is game, all is playfulness, which eventually leads to depth.
